Key Unlock Warning Switch

Remove upper and lower steering column covers. Disconnect wiring harness connector from key unlock warning harness. With ignition key removed from ignition lock cylinder, continuity should not be present between switch terminals. With key inserted in ignition lock cylinder, continuity should be present between both terminals. Replace key unlock warning switch if continuity is not as specified.
