Jam Protection Pulse Switch Operation: RAV4

CAUTION: Wire harness must be connected properly or damage to sensor may result.

Disconnect power window motor connector. Connect positive lead of DVOM to connector terminal No. 14, and negative lead of tester to connector terminal No. 2. See Figure. Connect positive battery lead to connector terminal No. 4, and negative battery lead to connector terminal No. 9. Ensure pulse is generated while motor is running. Reverse polarity. Ensure pulse is generated. If operation is not as specified, replace motor. See POWER WINDOW MOTOR under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
