With Hand-Held Tester

Hook up hand held tester to DLC3, located under driver's side knee kick panel. Check deceleration sensor. Keep vehicle in stationary condition on a level surface. Check master cylinder pressure sensor by leaving the vehicle stationary and the brake pedal in a free condition, and continue to depress brake pedal with a force of 22 ft. lbs. (98 N.m) for more than 1 second.
