Diagnostic Trouble Code Definitions
NOTE:
When removing a part, turn the ignition switch OFF.
Using special tool (09843-18020 or 18040), connect the terminals Tc and E1 of DLC1 or Tc and CG of DLC3. See Figure. If any abnormality is not found on inspected parts, inspect the ECU. If a malfunction code is displayed during the DTC check, check the circuit indicated by DTC. For details of each code, see DIAGNOSTIC TESTS .
