HV Battery Cooling: Removal

  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT (See  COMPONENTS  ) 
  2. REMOVE LUGGAGE TRIM (See  COMPONENTS  ) 
  3. REMOVE INNER VENTILATOR DUCT 

    Remove the 4 bolts and inner ventilator duct.

  4. REMOVE LOWER QUARTER VENTILATOR DUCT 

    Remove the 2 bolts and lower quarter ventilator duct.

  5. REMOVE QUARTER VENTILATOR DUCT 
    1. Disconnect the connector for blower motor control.
    2. Remove the 6 screws and quarter ventilator duct.

  6. REMOVE QUARTER INNER NO. 2 DUCT 

    Remove the 2 screws and quarter inner No. 2 duct.

  7. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the quarter ventilation inner duct.
    2. Disconnect the connector for blower motor.
    3. Remove the bolt, 2 nuts and blower assembly.
