Acoustic Control Induction System (ACIS): Removal

REMOVE NO.1 INTAKE AIR CONTROL VALVE (See REMOVAL and REPLACEMENT ).
REMOVE NO.2 INTAKE AIR CONTROL VALVE
1. Disconnect the actuator vacuum hose.

2. Remove the intake air control valve.
  1. Removal the 4 nuts and disconnect the ground strap and cable.
  2. Remove the intake air control valve by prying a screwdriver between the intake air control valve and air intake chamber.
  3. Remove the gasket.
