Fuel Pressure Regulator: Installation

  1. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR 
    1. Apply a light coat of gasoline to a new O-ring, and install it to the fuel pressure regulator.
    2. While turning the fuel pressure regulator left and right, install it to the delivery pipe.
    3. Install the fuel pressure regulator with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 7.5 N.m (80 kgf.cm, 66 in.lbf)

    4. Connect the vacuum sensing hose to the fuel pressure regulator.
    5. Connect the fuel return hose to the pressure regulator.
  2. CHECK FOR FUEL LEAKS (See  SFI SYSTEM   ) 
  3. INSTALL V-BANK COVER
