Shift Lever ASSY: Overhaul

REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSY NO.1 (SEE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSY )
REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSY LOWER (SEE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSY )
REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSY UPPER (SEE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSY )
REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSY NO.3 (SEE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSY )
REMOVE SHIFT LEVER ASSY
1. Remove the 3 bolts.
2. Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the shift lever assy.

REMOVE INDICATOR LAMP WIRE SUB-ASSY
1. Remove the position indicator lamp wire from the position indicator housing.

2. Separate the connector from the 3 clamps and remove the position indicator lamp wire.
3. Remove the cover.

4. Remove the bulb and cap from the position indicator lamp wire.

INSTALL INDICATOR LAMP WIRE SUB-ASSY
1. Install the bulb and cap to the position indicator lamp wire.

2. Connect the connector and 3 clamps.
3. Install the cover.

4. Install the position indicator lamp wire to the position indicator housing.
NOTE:
- Securely attach by twisting to the right.

INSTALL SHIFT LEVER ASSY
1. Install the 2 connectors to the shift lever assy.
2. Install the shift lever assy with the 3 bolts.
  1. Torque: 12 N.m (122 kgf.cm, 9 ft.lbf)
