Throttle Body (SMT): Installation

INSTALL THROTTLE BODY
1. Install 2 new gaskets to the intake manifold as shown in the illustration.

2. Connect the accelerator position sensor connector.

3. Install the throttle body with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
  Torque: 30 N.m (305 kgf.cm, 22 ft.lbf)
4. Install the throttle body bracket with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 49 N.m (500 kgf.cm, 36 ft.lbf)
5. Connect the 2 water bypass hoses to the throttle body.

6. Connect the PCV hose to the throttle body.
7. Connect the control motor connector.
8. Connect the throttle position sensor connector.
CONNECT ACCELERATOR CABLE
INSTALL VSV FOR EVAP WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE
INSTALL VSV FOR EVAP HOSE
INSTALL SUSPENSION UPPER BRACE
FILL RADIATOR WITH ENGINE COOLANT
