Front Lower Ball Joint: Inspection

INSPECT LOWER BALL JOINT ASSEMBLY FRONT LH
1. As shown in the illustration, flip the ball joint stud back and forth 5 times, before installing the nut.
2. Using a torque wrench, turn the nut continuously at a rate of 3 - 5 seconds per 1 turn and take the torque reading on the 5th turn.
  Torque: Turning torque
  
  0.98 to 4.9 N*m (10 to 50 kgf*cm, 8.7 to 43 in.*lbf)
