Throttle Body: Installation

INSTALL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY
1. Install a new gasket to the intake air connector.
2. Install the throttle body with the 2 bolts and the 2 nuts.
  Torque: 11 N*m (112 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf)
3. Connect the No. 3 water by-pass hose.
4. Connect the No. 2 water by-pass hose.
5. Connect the throttle motor connector.
INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY
Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)
ADD ENGINE COOLANT (See REPLACEMENT )
CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKAGE
(See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Fit the 2 retainers and install the V-bank cover.
2. Using a socket hexagon wrench 5, tighten the 3 nuts.
  Torque: 7.9 N*m (81 kgf*cm, 70 in.*lbf)
