Inspection Procedure

HINT:

When using the intelligent tester, start from  1. When not using the intelligent tester, start from  2.

1. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST BY INTELLIGENT TESTER (POWER WINDOW OPERATION) 
   1. Connect the intelligent tester (with CAN VIM) to the DLC3.
   2. Check that the power window operation can operate in the ACTIVE TEST (see DATA LIST/ACTIVE TEST  ).

   OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  

   NG: GO TO NEXT STEP 

2. INSPECT REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH (POWER WINDOW MOTOR) 
   1. Refer to motor inspection (see INSPECTION  ).

   NG: REPLACE REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH 

   OK: GO TO NEXT STEP 

3. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH - POWER WINDOW MOTOR) 
   1. Refer to inspection (see ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT INSPECTION PROCEDURE ).

   NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR 

   OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
