Brake Actuator: Installation
- INSTALL BRAKE ACTUATOR WITH BRACKET
- Install the actuator with bracket with the 3 bolts.
Torque: 19 N*m (194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf)
NOTE: Do not damage the brake tubes and wire harness. - Connect the actuator connector.
- Using SST, connect each brake tube to correct positions of the actuator with bracket as shown in the illustration.

Torque: 15 N*m (155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf)
- Install the actuator with bracket with the 3 bolts.
- FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID (See BRAKE FLUID )
- BLEED MASTER CYLINDER (See BLEEDING )
- BLEED BRAKE LINE (See BLEEDING )
- CHECK BRAKE FLUID LEAKAGE
- CHECK FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR (See BRAKE FLUID )
- CONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (See CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS ).
- PERFORM YAW RATE SENSOR ZERO POINT CALIBRATION
- Perform the yaw rate sensor zero point calibration (See CALIBRATION ).
- CHECK BRAKE ACTUATOR WITH TECHSTREAM
- Check the brake actuator (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION ).
