Inspection Procedure
NOTE:
When replacing the master cylinder solenoid, perform zero point calibration (See CALIBRATION
).
- INSPECT DLC3 TERMINAL VOLTAGE (TS)
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Measure the voltage.
Standard voltage
VOLTAGE SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Specified Condition E1-12 (TS) - E1-4 (CG) 11 to 14 V

OK: REPLACE MASTER CYLINDER SOLENOID (See DISASSEMBLY )
NG: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SKID CONTROL ECU - DLC3)
- Disconnect the skid control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance.
Standard resistance
RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Specified condition A4-24 (TS) - E1-12 (TS) Below 1 Ω A4-24 (TS) - Body ground 10 kΩ or higher

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BODY GROUND - DLC3)
- Measure the resistance.
Standard resistance
RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Specified condition E1 (CG) - Body ground Below 1 Ω
NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: REPLACE MASTER CYLINDER SOLENOID (See DISASSEMBLY )
- Measure the resistance.
