Inspection Procedure

NOTE: When replacing the master cylinder solenoid, perform zero point calibration (See CALIBRATION  ).

HINT:

When U0073/94, U0100/65, U0114/38, U0123/62, U0124/95, U0126/63 or U0130/68 is output together with C1210/36 or C1336/98, inspect and repair the trouble areas indicated by U0073/94, U0100/65, U0114/38, U0123/62, U0124/95, U0126/63 or U0130/68 first.

  1. CHECK SENSOR INSTALLATION 
    1. Check that the yaw rate and G sensor is installed properly.

      OK: The sensor is tightened to the specified torque. The sensor is not tilted. 

    NG: INSTALL YAW RATE AND G SENSOR CORRECTLY  (See INSTALLATION  )

    OK: Go to Next Step 

  2. PERFORM ZERO POINT CALIBRATION OF YAW RATE AND G SENSOR 
    1. Perform the zero point calibration of the yaw rate and G sensor (See CALIBRATION  ).
  3. RECONFIRM DTC 
    1. Clear the DTCs (See DTC CHECK/CLEAR  ).
    2. Check if the same DTCs are output (See DTC CHECK/CLEAR  ).

      HINT:

      Reinstall the sensors, connectors, etc. and restore the previous vehicle conditions before rechecking for DTCs.

      Result 

      RESULT REFERENCE

      Result Proceed to
      DTC is output A
      DTC is not output B

    B: END 

    A: REPLACE MASTER CYLINDER SOLENOID  (See DISASSEMBLY )
