General Maintenance

TIGHTEN BOLTS AND NUTS ON CHASSIS AND BODY
1. If necessary, tighten the following chassis components.
  - Front axle and suspension
  - Drive train
  - Rear axle and suspension
  - Brake system
  - Engine mounting, etc.
2. If necessary, tighten the following body components.
  - Seat belt system
  - Seat
  - Doors and hood
  - Body mountings
  - Fuel tank
  - Exhaust pipe system, etc.
REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING FILTER
1. Remove the glove compartment assembly.
2. Remove the filter case from the filter outlet.
3. Remove the filter from the filter case.
4. Replace the filter with a new one.
5. Installation is in the reverse order.
ROAD TEST
1. Check the engine and chassis for abnormal noises.
2. Check that the vehicle does not wander or pull to one side.
3. Check that the brakes work properly and do not drag.
4. Settle the parking brake shoes.
BODY INSPECTION
1. Check the body exterior for dents, scratches and rust.
2. Check the underbody for rust and damage. If necessary, replace or repair.
FINAL INSPECTION
1. Check the operation of the body parts.
  1. Hood
    - Auxiliary catch operates properly.
    - Hood locks securely when closed.
  2. Front and rear doors
    - Door locks operate properly.
    - Doors close properly.
  3. Back door
    - Door locks operate properly.
  4. Seats
    - Seat adjusts easily and locks securely in all positions.
    - Front seatbacks lock securely in all positions.
    - Folding rear seatbacks lock securely.
  5. Be sure to deliver a clean car. Especially check the following:
    - Steering wheel
    - Shift lever knob
    - All switches and knobs
    - Door handles
    - Seats
