Inspection Procedure

  1. CHECK PART NUMBER (ECM AND BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY) 
    1. Check that the proper ECM and brake actuator assembly (skid control ECU) are installed.

      OK: 

      Proper ECUs are installed  .

      Result 

      RESULT CHART

      Result Proceed to
      OK (for 2AZ-FE) A
      OK (for 22R-FE) B
      NG C

      B: REPLACE ECM (for 2ZR-FE)  (See INSTALLATION )

      C: REPLACE ECUS WITH PROPER ONES 

      A: REPLACE ECM (for 2AZ-FE)  (See REMOVAL )
