- CHECK DTC OUTPUT (HEALTH CHECK)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Health Check.
- Check DTCs.

- Confirm the method the customer used for setting the charge schedule (multi-information display, navigation receiver assembly*1 or smartphone*1).
- SIMULATION TEST (USING MULTI-INFORMATION DISPLAY)
HINT:
Check that the number of charging schedules has not reached the maximum limit, and if it has reached the maximum limit, delete 1 or more of the charging schedules and perform the test again.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Display the charge schedule setting screen using the same method that the customer used (the charging timer switch (fuel control switch) and the steering pad switches).
- Push the charging timer switch (fuel control switch) to display the charge schedule setting screen on the multi-information display.
- Using the steering pad switches, enter the following menus on the multi-information display: Vehicle Settings / Charge settings / Charge Schedule.
- Change or set the charge schedule on the setting screen.

- Explain to the customer that the charge schedule can be set on the navigation receiver assembly (for 11.6 inch display) with the power switch on (ACC), on (IG) or on (READY).
Maximum number of charge schedule registered Interview customer and provide instruction on usage.
Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE [09/2016 - ]- Explain to the customer that up to 15 scheduled charge schedules can be registered. If more than 15 charge schedules are attempted to be set, the screen will gray outs.
- Explain to the customer that the charge schedule can be set on the multi-information display with the power switch on (IG) or on (READY).
- Take appropriate action in accordance with the result of the cause analysis.

- Touch the Info icon on the menu screen and then touch the Charge Schedule icon to display the Charge Schedule screen.
- Turn the power switch off.

- SIMULATION TEST (USING SMARTPHONE)
- Start the app on the customer's smartphone and change the charge schedule.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Check that the charge schedule displayed on the multi-information display and navigation receiver assembly (for 11.6 inch display) are the same as that set using the smartphone.
HINT:
Depending on the vehicle location, it may take a few minutes for the charge schedule set using the smartphone to be received by the vehicle.
