Removal [03/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12

  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  3. REMOVE OXYGEN SENSOR 
    WARNING:
    • Hot surfaces.

      Risk of burning!

      • Perform all work only on components that have cooled down.
    1. Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.

    2. Unlock the lock on the connector (1) with a suitable screwdriver (2).

    3. Remove connector (1).
    4. Detach the line of the oxygen sensor (2) from the holder (1).

    5. Using SST, remove the oxygen sensor (1).
