Removal [12/2019 - 10/2022]: Procedure
- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
- REMOVE VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE (for Active Control Engine Mount System)
Refer to REMOVAL [12/2019 - 09/2020] , or refer to REMOVAL [09/2020 - 10/2022]
- REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [12/2019 - 09/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [09/2020 - 10/2022]
- REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [12/2019 - 09/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [09/2020 - 10/2022]
- REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 [12/2019 - 09/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 [09/2020 - 10/2022]
- REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER LH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11 [12/2019 - 09/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11 [09/2020 - 10/2022]
- REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 25 [12/2019 - 09/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 25 [09/2020 - 10/2022]
- REMOVE FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR
- Disengage the 4 wire harness clamps.
- Remove the bolt and separate the engine wire.
- Rotate the lever while pushing the lock, and disconnect the ECM connector.NOTE:
After disconnecting the ECM connector, make sure that dirt, water and other foreign matter does not contact the connecting parts of the ECM connector.
- Rotate the lever while pushing the lock, and disconnect the transmission wire connector.
- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Support the engine assembly with transaxle using a jack and wooden block.
- Remove the 4 bolts and front engine mounting bracket.
- Remove the 3 nuts and front engine mounting insulator from the front frame assembly.
- Disconnect the vacuum hose from the front engine mounting insulator.
- Disengage the clamp to remove the vacuum hose from the front engine mounting insulator.
- Disengage the 4 wire harness clamps.
