Inspection [11/2020 - ]: Procedure
- INSPECT VSC OFF SWITCH
- Check the resistance.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Result D116-5(+) - D116-2(E) Switch pushed Below 1 Ω Ω D116-5(+) - D116-2(E) Switch not pushed 10 kΩ or higher kΩ If the result is not as specified, replace the VSC OFF switch.

(VSC OFF Switch)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Check the illumination.
- Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the VSC OFF switch.

D116-1(ILL-) - Auxiliary battery negative (-)Illuminates If the result is not as specified, replace the VSC OFF switch.

- Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the VSC OFF switch.
- Check the resistance.
