for HV Model:

The millimeter wave radar sensor assembly receives vehicle information (Conv/HV/EV) or vehicle information (transmission type) from the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly via the CAN communication line.
If the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly cannot confirm the vehicle information (Conv/HV/EV) or vehicle information (transmission type) sent from the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly, the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly stores DTC U0300-51.
If the vehicle information (Conv/HV/EV) or vehicle information (transmission type) stored in the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly does not match the vehicle information sent from the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly, the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly stores DTC U0300-57.

for Gasoline Model:

The millimeter wave radar sensor assembly receives vehicle information (Conv/HV/EV) or vehicle information (transmission type) from the ECM via the CAN communication line.
If the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly cannot confirm the vehicle information (Conv/HV/EV) or vehicle information (transmission type) sent from the ECM, the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly stores DTC U0300-51.
If the vehicle information (Conv/HV/EV) or vehicle information (transmission type) stored in the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly does not match the vehicle information sent from the ECM, the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly stores DTC U0300-57.
