CUSTOMIZING FUNCTION WITH TECHSTREAM (REFERENCE)

NOTE:

When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function(s) can be customized.
Be sure the make a note of the current settings before customizing.
When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.

Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the engine switch on (IG).
Turn the Techstream on.
Enter the following menus: Customize Setting / Power Window

Select the setting by referring to the table below.

POWER WINDOW

Display (Item)	Default	Content	Setting
Door Key P/W Up	ON	Function that raises the driver and passenger power windows when, with the engine switch off, a key is used to hold the driver door key cylinder to the lock position for more than 2.3 seconds.	ON, OFF
Door Key P/W Down	ON	Function that lowers the driver and passenger power windows when, with the engine switch off, a key is used to hold the driver door key cylinder to the unlock position for more than 2.3 seconds.	ON, OFF
Door Key Linked Back P/W UP	AVAIL	Function that raises the back door power window when, with a key is used to hold the tail gate control switch to the lock position for more than 0.7 seconds.	NOT AVL, AVAIL
Door Key Linked Back P/W DOWN	AVAIL	Function that lowers the back door power windows when, with a key is used to hold the tail gate control switch to the unlock position for more than 0.7 seconds.	NOT AVL, AVAIL
