Removal [07/2020 - ]: Procedure

Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19 [07/2020 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19 [10/2022 - ]

1. Remove the 2 bolts and inlet air cleaner assembly.

1. Disconnect the mass air flow meter sub-assembly connector.

2. Disengage the wire harness clamp.
3. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 ventilation hose from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.
4. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the air cleaner hose from the throttle body with motor assembly.
5. Disengage the 2 grommets and pin to remove the air cleaner assembly with air cleaner hose.

1. Disconnect the throttle body with motor assembly connector.

   *1	No. 5 Water By-pass Hose
   *2	No. 6 Water By-pass Hose

2. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 5 water by-pass hose from the throttle body with motor assembly.
3. Using an 8 mm socket wrench, remove the 3 bolts and separate the throttle body with motor assembly from the intake manifold.
4. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 6 water by-pass hose to remove the throttle body with motor assembly.
   NOTE:

   If the throttle body with motor assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.

1. Remove the throttle body gasket from the intake manifold.
