On-Vehicle Inspection [02/2024 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR LH 

    Pre-procedure1

    1. Disconnect the No. 2 ventilation hose from the front engine mounting insulator LH.
    2. Connect a vacuum pump to the front engine mounting insulator LH.

      Procedure1

    3. Apply negative pressure of 80 kPa (600 mmHg, 23.6 in.Hg) absolute pressure and wait for 1 minute.

      Standard

      Vacuum pressure holds.

    4. Check if fluid leak from the front engine mounting insulator LH.

      Standard

      No fluid leak found.

    5. If the result is not as specified, replace the front engine mounting insulator LH.

      Post-procedure1

    6. Disconnect the vacuum pump.
    7. Connect the No. 2 ventilation hose to the front engine mounting insulator LH.
  2. INSPECT FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR RH 

    Pre-procedure1

    1. Disconnect the ventilation hose from the front engine mounting insulator RH.
    2. Connect a vacuum pump to the front engine mounting insulator RH.

      Procedure1
