Inspection [09/2022 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT NO. 1 TURBO PRESSURE SENSOR 
    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      *a Component without harness connected
      (No. 1 Turbo Pressure Sensor)

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Result
      D38-4 (THIM) - D38-2 (E2) -20°C (-4°F) 13.8 to 18.6 kΩ kΩ
      D38-4 (THIM) - D38-2 (E2) 20°C (68°F) 2.09 to 2.81 kΩ kΩ
      D38-4 (THIM) - D38-2 (E2) 80°C (176°F) 0.274 to 0.37 kΩ kΩ
    2. If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 turbo pressure sensor.
