Removal & Installation: Tr3

Disconnect battery, raise front of vehicle and place on safety stands. Remove front bumper and apron and remove wheel nearest to steering column. Using suitable pry bar, remove center tie rod from pitman arm of steering unit. Remove steering wheel.

Remove clamp securing column to instrument panel and loosen bolts on bracket attached between front suspension unit and steering box. Remove clip from steering column to firewall seal, remove bolts securing steering box to frame and pull steering column forward and downward to remove from vehicle. To install, reverse removal procedure.
