Door Release Switch Removal And Installation/Replacement

Removal Procedure: 

The procedure for the left-hand component is identical to that for the right-hand side. 

1. Remove Rear Side Door Trim. Refer to REAR SIDE DOOR TRIM REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
2. Remove Rear Side Door Armrest Switch Mount Plate. Refer to REAR SIDE DOOR ARMREST SWITCH MOUNT PLATE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
3. Unlock the 4 latching lugs in the marked area.
4. Remove the door opening switch (1) in the direction of the arrow.

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.
2. Install Rear Side Door Armrest Switch Mount Plate. Refer to REAR SIDE DOOR ARMREST SWITCH MOUNT PLATE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
3. Install Rear Side Door Trim. Refer to REAR SIDE DOOR TRIM REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
