Connection Log Error Messages

| 0x0001 0009 | Session expired | The Remote Diagnostics session reached the 20 minute expiry time and ended automatically. To continue, please initiate a new Remote Diagnostics session. |
| 0x0004 0001 | Precondition Failed | One or more preconditions have not been met when the Remote Diagnostics session was attempted. The error message displayed in the Connection Log window will detail which precondition was not met. Please confirm the following conditions are met before starting Remote Diagnostics:

| 0x0004 0002 | User Reject | The customer has not accepted the Remote Diagnostics session when it was first started. Please contact the customer to ensure they understand why the Remote Diagnostics session is being performed. |
| 0x0004 0003 | User stop the current remote diagnostic | The customer has chosen to end the Remote Diagnostics session. This can be performed via the vehicle touchscreen, or via the smartphone app. Please contact the customer to ensure they understand why the Remote Diagnostics session is being performed. |
