- Only authorised and appropriately trained persons may carry out work on high-voltage vehicles and components.
- Perform High Voltage isolation procedure prior to commencing work.
- Ensure appropriate Personal Protective Equipment is worn until the system is verified safe.
Removal Procedure:
- Remove electric park actuator assembly. Refer to ELECTRIC PARK ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
- Loosen the valve (1).
Torque: 10 Nm
- Remove eMotor vent valve (1).
Installation Procedure:
- Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following. All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification!
- Install electric park actuator assembly. Refer to ELECTRIC PARK ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
- Diagnostics, Programming and Setup. Refer to DIAGNOSTICS, PROGRAMMING AND SETUP USING IDS IN SERVICE
