Lambda Control

  1. Connect test harness between differential pressure regulator and vehicle harness. Connect multimeter to test harness. Disconnect wiring from coolant temperature sensor. Plug jumper end of test resistor into harness connector of temperature sensor. Unplug O2 sensor. Turn ignition on.
  2. Differential pressure regulator current should be 9-11 mA. Ground Green wire of O2 sensor. Differential pressure regulator current should increase to 19-22 mA. If not, check wiring from terminal 8 of ECU connector to O2 sensor. If wiring is correct, replace ECU.
