Panorama Sliding Sunroof: Notes
Only the new special lubricant may be used from the following VIN.
WWWZZZAUZFP063084 (5G1)
WVWZZZAUZFW158380 (5G1)
WVWZZZAUZFW904321 (BE1)
The previously used grease and the new special lubricant cannot be mixed.
The grease -G 060 751- is gray and easily visible. The new special lubricant -G 060 567- is colorless and hard to see.
Using the new special lubricant results in a new procedure within the service procedure.
It differs by countries with high air dust (refer to the appropriate service information ) and those that do not have high air dust.
In countries that do not have high air dust, only a noise and function test is performed. In countries with high air dust, the Panorama sliding sunroof is still cleaned and greased.
Perform a visual inspection to determine which lubricant is used in the guide rail area.
Panorama sliding sunroofs that have Grease G 060 751 must still be cleaned and lubricated.
The application of the lubricant or grease with a spray can and a long capillary tube is more advantageous than a brush.
