Selector Lever Handle, Removing And Installing: Removing

• Observe the safety precautions. Refer to SAFETY PRECAUTIONS .

-- Press the brake or operate the electromechanical parking brake.

-- Move the selector lever into "N".

It is not necessary to pull out the button -arrow- manually. The button locks in the installation position by itself when the handle is removed.

-- Pry off the cover.

-- Place the : 3370  under the plastic frame for the boot in direction of -arrow 1-.

-- Pull the plastic ring out of the center console -A- in direction of -arrow 2-.

-- Disconnect the connector.

-- Cut the clamp -arrow- under the boot with a side cutter.

-- Pull the knob up without pressing the button.
