Injectors Quick Check
Start engine. Listen to each injector separately with a screwdriver. Obvious clicking sounds will be heard if valve functions. If clicking sound not heard: measure injector resistance. Resistance should be approximately 16 ohms. If clicking sound is heard, but engine runs thoroughly, remove injector connector. If engine speed decreases injector is OK.
Injectors are removed/installed complete w/injection manifold.
WARNING:
Injection manifold is filled w/fuel. Use extreme caution when removing injectors from injection manifold.
Check injector O-rings and replace if required. Lubricate O-rings w/vaseline.
