Code 4-2-4 (Load Signal)

Check to see if code is set in ignition system control unit. See SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - IGNITION SYSTEM  . Connect voltmeter between turbo control unit terminal No. 14 and ground. Operate starter motor. Reading should be less than one volt. Check wiring or replace fuel injection as necessary.
