Possible Causes
- Open circuit in signal cable for stop lamp switch between ECM and throttle unit
- Short to supply voltage in signal cable for stop lamp switch between ECM and throttle unit
- Short to ground in signal cable for stop lamp switch between ECM and throttle unit
- Defective ECM
- Defective throttle unit
