Control Module: Installation
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Install control module using original screws. Tighten all bolts to 89 INCH lbs. (10 N.m).
- Turn ignition switch to ON position and connect negative battery cable. Check SRS warning light to ensure system is functioning properly. See SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK
. If DTC exists after replacing control module, clear codes and perform SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK
again. If SRS warning light still indicates a malfunction, enter self-diagnostics and retrieve DTCs. See DIAGNOSTICS
