Fault Conditions

ECM-530B is stored if a communication fault between ECM and transmission control module is detected. This DTC indicates whether there are one or more emission related DTCs stored in the automatic Transmission Control Module (TCM). DTC ECM-530D is stored if this control module requests that the engine management system lights the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL).

There will be no response from accelerator pedal while ECM-530B is set.
