System overview: Acknowledgments

When the alarm is activated it is acknowledged by the alarm diode on the dashboard flashing once per second.

When the alarm is deactivated it is acknowledged by the alarm diode stopping flashing.

In the event of the alarm being deployed the following warnings are displayed to the driver:

• When the car is unlocked the alarm diode flashes approximately 3 times per second
• When the ignition key is turned to position I, a message is displayed (alarm deployed, check the car) in the driver information module.
