Private locking of the cargo compartment

The function for private locking is used to prevent access to the cargo compartment. Private locking is only available on the S80/S60. To activate the function the ignition key must be in position II and the switch for private locking on the dashboard environment panel for climate control pressed in. The ignition key must be one of the customer's keys and belong to the vehicle (a "Master Key"). An LED in the switch indicates that the function is activated and a message is displayed in the text window in the driver information module (DIM).

Reset the function in the corresponding way.
