Internal Fault: Verification: Verification
Erase DTCs and reread the DTCs from the Phone module (PHM) using the VCT2000 (or appropriate scan tool).
NOTE:
After erasing DTCs there is a delay to ensure that the diagnostics for the Phone module (PHM) have been carried out.
Check that the current DTC has disappeared or changed status from permanent to intermittent fault.
Are the diagnostic trouble code (DTCs) still stored?
