The parking camera's menu system on the monitor can be controlled using the navigation buttons on the reverse of the steering wheel or with the navigation remote control for the High Level Display Front (HLDF). The receiver for the remote control, the IR eye, is mounted on the Infotainment control module (ICM).

High Level Display Front (HLDF)

If the Parking Assistance Camera (PAC) is activated, an image of what is behind the vehicle is shown. Otherwise, the monitor displays navigation information or is folded away.

The High Level Display Front (HLDF) is controlled by the Infotainment control module (ICM) and the image is controlled by the Parking Assistance Camera (PAC).
