Measurement range 0 - 100000 μs.

The value indicates the time that the PWM signal to the EVAP signal is high, i. e. the time that the valve is open and purging. 1, 000 μs corresponds to 1% opening.

The normal value at idle is 0 μs when there is no purging and 0 - 35, 000 μs during purging.
