Replacing A Component
Troubleshooting of this diagnostic trouble code requires that you delete diagnostic trouble codes, that is, why this diagnostic trouble code should be checked last of the diagnostic trouble codes in the Phone module (PHM).
Erase DTCs from the Phone module (PHM) and restart the control module using the VCT2000 (or appropriate scan tool). Continue according to the instructions there.
If the diagnostic trouble code is intermittent the problem has been solved during restart.
If the diagnostic trouble code is permanent, replace Phone module (PHM).
