Checking Components And Connections

WARNING:

Under no circumstances use an ohmmeter or other live measuring instrument to take readings on a disconnected non-deployed seat belt tensioner. This could deploy the seat belt tensioner

Ignition off, wait for 15 seconds.
The supplemental restraint system module (SRS) detects that the rear right-hand seat belt tensioner is connected to the control module.

The right-hand rear seat belt tensioner must not be connected to the supplemental restraint system module (SRS).
- Remove the connector/component.
