Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information PHM-0090

Condition 

Phone module (PHM) has an internal flash memory which, among others, stores the VIN-number. Software in Phone module (PHM) checks that the VIN-number is correct.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

• Start-up of the control module.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

• VIN-number is incorrect and cannot be re-created from other places in the memory.
