Checking The Components And Wiring

Ignition off.
Check the connectors. Check for loose connections. Check for contact resistance. Check for oxidation.
Check the signal cable. Check for an open-circuit. Check for a short-circuit to ground.

Take readings between:
- Engine Control Module (ECM) #B11 (#C11) and starter motor relay #1.
Remedy as necessary.
