High Altitude Compensation System: Description

Altitude compensator is a device that will automatically lean carburetor air/fuel mixture as altitude increases. Leaning of mixture at high altitudes is necessary due to the fact that air density decreases as altitude increases.

Altitude compensator will bleed additional air into carburetor, keeping air/fuel mixture at a proper ratio.
