Ignition Timing
- Operate engine until cooling fan comes on. Locate Brown/White and Black 2-pin connector under right kick panel. Using Short Connector (07PAZ-010100
), connect terminals of ignition timing adjuster connector together. See Fig 1
.
- Red mark on crankshaft pulley should align with pointer. See Fig 2
. If Red mark and pointer are not aligned, adjust base ignition timing by turning distributor. See IGNITION TIMING
table. Remove short connector from ignition timing adjusting connector.
