Lack Of Power

Check fuel pressure. See BASIC TESTING article.
Check throttle body and throttle cable for sticking and binding.
Check Throttle Position (TP) sensor. See DTC P0122 in TESTS W/CODES article.
Check Intake Air By-pass (IAB) system. See SYSTEM/COMPONENT TESTS article.
Check air cleaner element for restriction.
Check catalytic converter for restriction.
Check for contaminated fuel.
